hey kiddos
wow another week gone. how fast does this have to go?
i had an eventful week. really interesting highs and lows
this week. our ward counsel (mostly our bishop) decided that we were the
gadianton robbers because we fasted with one of our amis and also with the old
bishop (micael manns favorite bishop) and they dont really like him very much.
bishop said (quote) "we have the impression that you are using secret
combinations."
long story short theres a lot of drama in this ward because
old bishop and new bishop dont get along and they decide to use missionary work
as the fighting grounds. so we get blamed for many things and the ward is not
unified. anyway it was a big fight in ward counsel, we didnt get anything
productive done but i was like "youre missing the point!" and tried
really hard to stand up for us and propose to help them be more unified and
then bishop said im stupid to think i can tell him how to do his job. he said
some other things that were more... hurtful, in front of everyone, and we left
and we cried a lot. honestly it was one of the most dramatic, hard, and
unnecessary things that i have been a part of my whole mission and it also made
sr spencer and i really close and really humbled. cause all we could do was
pray and talk to the stake pres of faaa. luckily that man is next to dad in
christlikeness and next to mr t in authority hahaha so he helped us out a ton.
it was a huge relief to talk to people who acted mature about it and were
willing to talk, listen, and most of all let the spirit do the work. i am so
grateful for good leaders... d and c chapter 121 baby.
so that was fun and we are picking up the pieces. if
anything else there are many ward members who stood up for us afterwards and
now they are really willing to help us out now. and i feel more uplifted and
changed spiritually than ive felt in a long time.
ahhh!!!! but other than that this week was so good!!! minou
(whos name is actually steve) is going to be baptised with his daughter terama
on the 5th of august and his wife deborah on the 12th!!!! dannnnng this family
is one of the most incredible families ive ever met in my whole life. it was
super interesting how we met them too remind me to tell you that story one day.
:) they are all so so intensely motivated to follow jesus. they just wanna be
clean of their sins and of "apostasy." deborah reminds me a ton of
mom. ever since we taught her about prophets and dispensations, she will just
burst out and yell "apostasy!!" at any of her children who get sassy
at her. its kind of like when mom yells "batchini!!!"
but they think mormons are perfect. go figure hahaha please
pray for our ward leaders
and Soon is currently rejoicing because of all the blessings
in her life that are pouring in since when she started not being apostasy. she
came to church and told us all these crazy things that happened, like her parents
accepted her decisions to be baptised after she fasted for them and that she
got accepted to do humanitarian travels somewhere cool. :) oh man. oh man oh
man God is so real and in this work
personal problem: i forgot my a number and password for utah
state. help!! i think i left all the info in a utah state folder in the office.

dad to find out my transcript information, how many credits i have and how to
reapply as a freshman? merci beaucoup my friends im counting on you i really
need to know this so i can have a future and children and nice arm chairs when
i grow up. its all for the best
