CHURROS AND BAES
i promise we did missionary work also. theres a girl named
jenny who we are teaching and we gave her a stuffed bear so she could remember
to say her prayers. jenny has a rough life but is one of the happiest 10 year
olds ive ever met, she doesnt stop moving or playing and reminds me a lot of
alicia my sissy
she told us a story this week that really got to me. her dog
was super sick and she thought he was gonna die, her other dog was already
killed for money so she was so sad. but then she saw that little bear through
her tears, hugged it tight and said the first very sincere prayer of her life
to save her dog.
he got up and ran around within 30 minutes
as you can see my life is good. better than good. :) God has
opened my heart and my eyes through this adventure. i encourage all of you to
take part in this work wherever you may be. pray for an opportunity to stretch
your faith by sharing the gospel with someone, keep your eyes open. be a
christlike person, a doer of good and go find someone for the missionaries to
teach :) they are under your noses
spencer quote of the week:
"maitai roa, sr spencer. maitai roa." (pats
herself on the back at the same time). maitai roa means very good. this is her
regular self encouragement
DANG IT I LOVE YOU
bye
ps you may have received the video. yes we ate a cat. i dont
know why
